Meet Alfie Johnson, our Welsh Dancing Dude!

As you can see from his photos he’s a force and character to be reckoned with both on and off the floor.

He and his big sister Lacey jut love to dance and enjoy everything this great sport brings to such young lives.

Regularly competing at just 6yrs old. Alfie is committed to his dancing along with his sequence partner Mila who you’ll be introduced to next week and who together make quite the pair!

If there ever was someone you’d say watch this space with it’s Alfie!

We are very proud to support him at the beginning of his dancing journey and cant wait to see what the future holds!

Their first outing representing Team GB has been a journey of dreams.

Alongside some outstanding competition, Oliver and Alessia can be immensely proud of their results having had to dance up a category upon arrival and being crowned Vice Champions in Ballroom & placed 6th in Latin!

What an amazing achievement for this couple who exude passion for the sport they are mastering so quickly. We are all so very proud of you and excited for what’s to come!

Meet Verity Johnson, our Dance Pro star who has just moved up to Juniors.

With an equal passion for Ballroom and Latin, Verity can’t quite choose which is her favorite dance but loves to perform them all.

Constantly traveling and covering hundreds of miles per week for dance, Verity understands better than most the dedication needed to be your best. Staying on top of studies, Music exams playing Violin and Guitar, add in Ballet and Tap disciplines and her pet German Shepherd Bella into the mix and it makes for quite the juggling act.

No matter the hours put in, no matter how tired the feet and head, Verity always has a polite & inviting persona which makes her the perfect Dance Pro Brand Ambassador we are so lucky to have.

Having met and danced together since October 2015 when when Václav moved from Czech Republic to study in the UK at Newcastle University these two wonderful dancers have gone from strength to strength.. Whist studying Alysia and Václav became University Northern Champions & National Vice Champions and since graduation now compete in Amateur Ballroom.

Whith a huge passion for the art, Alysia also teaches Ballroom and Latin at Drapers School of Dance and the Durham University Dancesport Club who are currently the 4th best over all University in the UK Dansport League and can also boast to have individual national champions in beginners, same sex and intermediate categories, Best Northern Beginners overall for the past 2 years.

We are so pleased to say Alysia is one of our Dance Pro Brand Ambassadors, someone who loves to dance and also to share her passion and expertise with others.

Oliver and Alessia get ready to represent Team GB in China

After what has been a very short time together, just over a year, this outstanding Junior couple are being recognised for their many achievements and determination by representing Team GB in China this October.

Dance Pro could not be more proud of these two athlete’s who have dedicated so much time, energy and importantly FUN into their partnership. Always approachable, Oliver and Alessia were the first choice Brand Ambassadors for Dance Pro Clothing who inspire many on the floor to follow their dreams.
